Our Story

Moo's Craft Barbecue started as an underground BBQ popup in a small East Los Angeles Backyard in 2017. Inspired by Texas Barbecue, we use old school techniques to produce our delicious, melt in your mouth smoked meats with a CaliMex twist. Recognized by Food & Wine's Best Barbecue in every state 2020 in California, Moo's draws hours long lines at brewery popups and Smorgasburg Los Angeles. The search for our first brick and mortar location is ongoing. But we invite you to preorder with us for Sunday curbside pick up most weekends. We hope to see y'all soon.
